Founded in 2010, we are a local property management company based in Funchal. All our vacation rentals are licensed by Turismo de Portugal, and we are a proud member of the Portuguese Association of Local Accommodation (ALEP). We exclusively manage all properties belonging to our company, Talkguest Rental. Each one has been selected for its unique characteristics, such as a great view, excellent location in the city center, or seaside location.
